Theatre Tickets
What is the best way to complete my theatre tickets booking?
For the most personalised experience, allow us to complete this process for you. Simply contact us, and we'll provide personal recommendations of best seats and prices for your booking group.
Are there any additional booking fees?
No booking fees here! The price per ticket is what you will pay for your booking, so no need to worry about any surprise additional fees.

How will I get my tickets?
If you're visiting us in-person, we'll print your tickets for you whilst you're here! Walk away from the transaction feeling confident, and looking forward to the experience, rather than worrying about the next steps. If you're booking through us remotely, your e-tickets will be sent to the provided email address.

What should I do if I lose my tickets?
Give us a call on 02034757174 where we'll be able to retrieve your tickets ahead of the performance. We always offer an email copy of your tickets at point-of-purchase to put your mind at rest.

What happens if the performance I have booked is cancelled?
Don't worry; this is a rare occurrence! However, if the theatre cancel your booked performance, we'll be sure to arrange a refund, or help you to book an alternate performance. Please kindly note that all tickets are non-refundable, and non-transferable outside of these circumstances.

Am I able to pay by cash?
Absolutely! If you're booking with us in-person, we can take both cash, and card payments. If you're visiting us from outside of the UK, you can exchange your currency at Covent Garden FX next door for the best deal of your travel money!
What is meant by restricted view?
If the theatre has informed us of restrictions, we'll be sure to share this with you before completing the booking. This will be specific to the exact seat; it could be that this seat is classed as 'Side View' , or 'Limited Legroom'. In order to give you the best overview pre-booking, we can offer to show you a photo from the exact seat you are considering, helping you to decide between some of your seat choices.

How will I know what theatre the show is on at?
We'll be sure to share this information with you, but you'll also find this information on your ticket.

What time should I get to the theatre?
To ensure you have plenty of time ahead of the performance, we recommend aiming to arrive 30 minutes before the start time. You'll find the time of the booking on your ticket. Evening performances tend to start at 19:00pm & 19:30pm, and matinees between 14:00-15:00pm, but be sure to double check, as all shows are different!

How long will the performance last?
If we haven't already shared this during the booking process, we'll be sure to find this out for you. Typically, musicals will last around two and a half hours with an interval, but it is dependant on the individual show.
